Zero Clearance Doors

A Zero Clearance fireplace door or "ZC" door is just a fancy way to refer to any door that is built to fit on a pre-manufactured metal fire box. All of our "ZC" doors provide the same high level of design and construction as our masonry fireplace doors.

• Seamless laser-cut steel frame and doors
• Available in over 40 designer finishes

Within our Zero Clearance door line we have 4 models, Standard (inside fit), Ultimate (overlapping fit), Full Face and Custom.

• Standard Z Door (inside fit)
• Ultimate Z (overlap fit)
• Full Face Z (used with a specific style of prefabricated metal fire box)
• Custom Z

Standard Z: 1-1/4" formed steel frame, fits inside the zero clearance firebox, overlap fitting doors and 1 door style, full view bifold. All powdercoat finishes are available as well as 4 overlay finishes.

Ultimate Z: 2" flat steel frame, overlaps the zero clearance firebox, overlap fitting doors and 1 style of door, full view bifold. All powdercoat finishes are available as well as 4 overlay finishes.

Full Face Z: Same all steel frame construction, but built to cover a specific style of prefabricated metal fire box that included venting louvers above and below the actual fire box.

Custom Z: All the design options associated with our Custom line of doors. All finishes and door styles are available. All custom door designs are available for zero clearance fireplaces. See custom rectangle doors.
